Questions:

1. The orientation is any narrative is crucial. What details has the author provided to orient the reader about who, what & where?The narrator had a lot of details of what they were doing like shrugging there shoulders and added all those little details.

2. What is the problem or the conflict in the story? Think of another conflict or problem the narrator would have to solve.It's about 1 dog and a boy there was a shark after them the shark lost interest in them and left

3. How old do you think the narrator is? Why do you think he or she was chosen for the role?i think there 14 and i think they got chosen because there writing was very descriptive

4. Why do you think this is an action-adventure narrative? Explain your reason.there outside and getting attacked

5. From the text, write 3 adjectives and nouns they are describing. Come up with your own 3 pairs of adjectives + nouns.shrugged,sharply,splashing.Dog,beach,shark

6. Describe the setting. Invent a setting that you think would be better or more appropriate - such as a sinking vessel, a deserted island or a fishing boat.it's going to be a jungle themed writing

7. How was the problem resolved in the story? Do you think it was a good resolution? Why or why not?they were on a board and something distracted them.Kinda because they had to get on something as long as their still alive then that's good.

"come on Emma hurry up"

as Emma followed behind she decided to go bring her really annoying parrot it talks non stop.Anyways i had more important things to do like looking at the animals taking pictures of the animals and other important things.

Emma found this weird type of bone their were loads of them i shrugged my shoulder took a picture and we decided to follow the track of bones.Soon the bones came to a end hearing a jaguar growl made me look up slowly i said oh it's a leopard "A leopard run!!!" we didn't stop running i told emma to hide behind the wide tree i hid behind the same tree the leopard ran by but what we didn't know is that there was more then one leopard two leopards came from behind the tree making us back up slowly two more came behind and soon we had a bunch of leopards surrounding us.One leopard pounced on me growling soon hunters came and tried shooting them and the leopards left as soon as possible.

I was relifed.
