how to make a catapult

Today i made a catapult i just used random objects around the house it was pretty hard at first because i was thinking to much so then i looked at all the stuff i had and though of what i could make. Then i though i could make a catapult i gave it a go and it worked.

what you will need:

plastic spoon so you can actually launch it.

a piece of cardboard.

some tin foil.

paper towel inside thingy.

and some blue tack if you don't have that glue and if you don't have that then hot glue gun and if you don't have that then tape.

First you cut a square out from your cardboard then cut half of the inside of the paper towel and stick the inside of the paper towel to the cardboard and stick the plastic spoon on to the paper towel thing and get some tin foil and roll it into a ball and then you can launch it here is how it's meant to look like.

All i know is that it goes longer then 150 cm.

  1. Kia Ora, I'm Francisco from Glen Taylor School. Wow you knocked my socks off because the tin foil knocked my socks off. I liked the way you used things that you found around the house to help you create something. Did you think about the objects you needed then went to look for them? Or did you just have a look around and that's what you found? I want to know how to make it go further than 150cm. Do you know of a way to do that?
